Ibis and Angel's Trumpet

Biking around Key West, you're likely to come upon comical looking Ibis strutting down quiet lanes. I saw them on Angela Street poking around for bugs in the grass under a beautiful Angel’s Trumpet bush giving me the idea for this piece. You'll also see small groups of them balancing on the telephone wires, sure to give you a chuckle.

This piece features hand-painted nature prints of tropical ferns and whimsical illustrations of the hanging trumpet flowers, the Ibis, and one of its feathers.
